  • Do you have your own Captains and Crew and are they qualified?
    Yes. Each vessel in our fleet is assigned its own Captain and Crew. With our established quality standard and practices for refined services, all our crew hold necessary licenses and paperwork and have a history of experienced service.
  • Are all the vessels insured?
    Yes, all our vessels are company owned, selected, and serviced regularly to provide our customers with the luxury and space they desire. Each Yacht is registered Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) and hold all required public and private liability insurances.
  • What if I require a smaller or larger vessel than those shown on your website?
    We do our best to cater to the needs of our customers. We are able, with the help of our established industry connections, to provide a vessel that can meet your unique needs. Simply contact us with what you require, and we will cater.
  • Do you have Towels onboard?
    Towels can be purchased at check in.
  • Do you have plates, cutlery, and glassware on board?
    We will supply ample glassware, plates, and cutlery on all our charters if you have chosen one of our catering packages. If no catering is ordered, then no cutlery will be supplied.
  • Is there a BBQ on board?
    Like our catering packages, BBQ too is a supplement to our Yacht rental services. On purchase of our BBQ Package, we will provide a BBQ grill and qualified chef for the charter. If you have not ordered, then the grill will not be allowed to be used.
  • How do I book a Yacht?
    Call us on +971507122707 or drop us a WhatsApp message to speak with our representative. Once you have chosen your preferred Yacht, date, and duration, you can secure the booking by placing a 50% deposit against the selected charter.
  • How do I make deposits and pay the balance?
    You can pay via the following method. Cash/Cheque Debit or Credit Card Bank Transfer Contact us on WhatsApp and speak to a representative if you would like to pay a pending balance.
